Looks like someone took milkshakes and dumped Halloween candy and birthday leftovers all over them.

It's like somebody stuck a pack of Crayola crayons into the milkshake blender.

I mean, looking at these pictures is raising my blood sugar levels already. The left milkshake has a milkshake plus an entire piece of cake.

I would comment that it seems like a ripping off of what Toothsome is trying to do, but I have to believe that this is way beyond overkill..

I had to go back a page to see the picture. Now I wish I hadn't bothered. Obnoxious.

Toothsome wasn't original, the rice krispie shake is direct copy of Cowfish's. Right down the CityWalk had it first. Cowfish also has a Smore's one and some others.

Over the top milkshakes aren't a Citywalk original either, though. They're a growing trend around the country and actually very big in the Orlando dessert market right now. The AMC Dine-in (literally right across from Planet Hollywood) already has these types of milkshakes for over a year now. It's simply a tourist thing.

This NYC Restaurant Created The Most Insane Milkshakes You'll Ever Eat

NYC started the trend about a year ago. You can see a lot of inspiration in Toothsome and Planet Hollywood's milkshakes from the NYC originals. Also, sorry it's a Buzzfeed article. Couldn't find anything better.

I remember a year ago, when people were complaining about the endless parade of Disney cupcakes on Twitter, saying give it a year, I'm sure the next trend that will replace it has already started somewhere.

Orlando's next biggest dessert trend will be on this list: 50 Ridiculously Epic Desserts to Eat in NYC Before You Die

Guaranteed. The cronut, bagel-donut, designer cupcake, and crazy milkshake were all NYC dessert creations. (Cupcake might've been more LA, but still)

We should start a pool. ;)

Kind of surprised a variation on those Toothsome-esque ice cream cones isn't already a thing somewhere in Mouse Town yet.
