For what it's worth, as it isn't relating to Supercharged..IU uncovered a new trademark, as it's..something to look at.

Yeah. It looks like something from a 1950's comic book. Kind of plain & amateurish.
The trademark covers all aspects so there really isn't anything to point towards.
In the trademark notes, its specially said amusement park and didn't include merchandise or anything else.
"Amusement park attraction and theme park services; entertainment in the nature of an amusement park ride; live stage performances, namely, presentation of live show performances; providing waterpark services; providing recreational areas for entertainment and amusement, namely, interactive play areas; entertainment services in the nature of the production and distribution of film, television series and short form entertainment content each featuring reality, comedy, drama, news and variety; entertainment in the nature of television series and short form entertainment content, each featuring reality, comedy, drama, news and variety; entertainment services, namely, the provision of continuing programs featuring reality, comedy, drama, news and variety delivered by internet, wireless, and mobile networks; provision of news and information in the fields of entertainment, television and movies via the internet, mobile and wireless networks."
It's not just "ride or show".

Lots of people say "let's go on Forbidden Journey" instead of "let's go on the Harry Potter ride."
Nobody is gonna say "let's go on family forever." It sounds like the tagline of a bad therapist.

As much as I think this ride is going to bomb, I think this will be a huge hit for Universal, merchandise wise.
The ride is going to be called Fast and Furious Supercharged, this is for something different. Might not even have anything to do with the ride at all. Like a small show or something like that.
I'm guessing mainly merchandise. Hats, shirts and such. So you can wear Fast and Furious clothes, without it just flat out saying Fast and Furious on it.
Oh, actually, after looking at the mark info, it does specifically say namely live shows, interesting.

Of course, this is pretty much their go-to mark description they use for nearly everything theme park related, so who knows.

FF Supercharged could have Test Track type ending, 65mph race to finish! given it's immediate access/proximity to Hogwarts Express hidden 1,000ish metre straight line!?

it cant. because trucks drive through there and it cant be built over because maintenance would be a nightmare
