I will say this, I have heard at-least one or two people in some cases, like it. But that we also have to face the music that not everyone will have the same opinion as you or me.
Do I like Drupercharged? No. But I'm not going to put people down if they liked it, and that's coming from someone who rode the "less superior" version of the attraction.
If there was one thing I liked, when I was in the Hollywood version, it was the sense of wind that was precedent in the 360. The CO2 was a bit much, but the wind (and the fact that I was in the middle third car), made the experience more adequate and sometimes enjoyable. But that, I had issues with the writing, the characters, and the effects, even with the changes that the Hollywood version made shortly after opening.
