Any thoughts on what "boo" could be?

A 3D maze featuring the characters from Boo Berry, Count Chocula, and Franken Berry cereals.  Or it could not really mean anything, just a Halloween (not the movie) reference.

Jack Torrence says "boo!" instead of "here's Johnny!" in The Shining tv mini-series. The Shining's probably maze #3 though.


Stranger Things season 2 comes out on Halloween and there appears to be a Halloween themed episode judging from the trailer. I've never seen Stranger Things so I don't know how the maze will try to top Exorcist, but it looks really cool.


American Horror Story because I'm out of ideas and apparently maze #4 has a lengthy treatment. There's a lot of material from season 2, 3, and 6 that could potentially top Exorcist.


Just a few ideas to throw away from my head.

Why is there all this talk about boo like it's a codename? Because last I checked maze 4 didn't have an officially released codename. Could it be a hint, maybe, could it just be like Foodstamps said, a guy who creates a Halloween event using a Halloween term, I'd say that's more likely. I just think John is being a carny and him saying that a bunch was meant to, and succeeded to make us look too into something that's not there, just like the keyboard.

Currently if I was to think of IP's for what it could be...I think at this point, it could be either The Shining (which, I wouldn't be surprised if it's coming but is a different codename) or that they are going to resurrect The Thing and use the original John Carpenter version of the film.

The big chill huh? Seen a lot of Krampus talk but Murdy said no repeats (Not that I wouldn't mind it again just so I can see the teddy bear). I personally believe it would be the original "The Thing" as most snow themed horror movies are pretty...cheesy. Another prediction I'm tossing out here could be 30 Days of Night. Knowing Murdy, "The big chill" probably has nothing to do with a snow themed horror movie.

Had a similar case when Murdy tweeted the codename but instead I thought it was "The Big Lebowski" until I reread it.

Okay so I saw a screener of a movie I can't talk about it. But it comes out later this year. And I hope Murdy can find a way to make it happen finally because the movie was nothing short of brilliant and I went in thinking I'd hate it. Rights are a tough situation for this particular property. But if they can make it happen, I'll be floating.
