I was thinking the same, but I think this was the one project in Orlando that just kept going. Having the parks closed for almost three months may have helped a bit too since they didn’t have to work around guests.This seriously looks like it could have been ready by Christmas had 2020 not decided to 2020. It was never scheduled for that time and it's not going to be complete by then. Even without COVID. This is very much a Spring 2021 project.
Fresh dye or filtered picture?The entrance to the queue has a few months of work to be done easily and who knows what the inside looks like. I'd imagine that will be the last thing to be done.
