They've adopted the Kohl's pricing model. Set the "rack rate" through the roof, and then pretend like guests are getting a discount at the new price.

Kind of begs the question: how many people, if any, do they expect to pay the full price?

There are queues full of them buying tickets at the gate each day. It's shocking how many people buy tickets at the gate at the Orlando theme parks when almost all of them sell online and often at a discount. WHY WOULD YOU STAND IN LINE TO PAY FULL PRICE!?!

BTW, I'm hearing next week is when security screening moves to TTC instead of the MK entrance so everyone will get screened before they get on the ferryboats or monorails.

To be fair there are many circumstances where if you buy tickets ahead of time you have to go wait in line to exchange it for something that will work with their RFID Mickey scanners.
