So I'm a bit confused. I can see the restaurant side of Springfield opening in summer, but it looks like they're still in the early stages of duff beer gardens. Are they going to open up Springfield in 2 phases or will it all be ready by summer?

I was assuming they were there to Finnish paving the street around the corner of Kwik-E-Mart. Are they still there?
