While I generally agree that futuristic architecture doesn't stay futuristic looking for long, there is a charm to "retro-future" or the future that never was. Also, the MiB building is designed to look retro futuristic based on the architecture of the 1964-65 New York World's Fair.
I'd like to remind everyone that when all the discussion of the Star Wars Land began people bashed my assertion that the DHS version would debut 2020/2021. With no dates being given and the lack of progress does anyone want to make a prediction now?
