Rumour: Super Mario Bros second movie titled Super Mario Galaxy

Two domains which were apparently registered by NBCUniversal on the 10th September have seemingly revealed that the second Super Mario Bros. Movie is set to be titled, Super Mario Galaxy.

Super Mario Galaxy + Luigi’s Mansion in the expansion plot. The portal would take you directly into the Comet Observatory where you can find the Galaxy E Ticket and then you can go “outside” into a perpetual night where you find the Mansion. The whole expansion is completely indoors but does connect to Donkey Kong Country. The two rides would share a single show building to conserve space.

Brie Larson is a really sane choice for Rosalina. Benny Sadfie as Bowser Jr. is a bit insane.

The film looks stunning, the quality assurance in animation makes me wonder if this might be Illuminations first 100 million dollar animated film in production budget.

If there’s a series that Illumination would go for going above the 80 million dollar mark in production budgets, it’d be Nintendo to be why.

Also, the end credits tease for this movie needs to be Luigi winning his Mansion in the mail. I’d lose my damn mind.
