I guess I'll keep beating a horse that didn't bother me until this rock nonsense, but the showbuilding and half assed greenhouse queue where the brick pattern ends and beige begins is what Alan Gilmore and Stuart Craig envisioned?

And I'll reiterate that these are easy fixes. (More painted bricks, spruces, etc)

If someone important reads this, please be consistent and make everything perfect.

I love the attention to detail, and the effort to achieve perfection. I do! I'm just stumped as to the particular persistence on this one area, and not other obvious ones.

If we're gonna use the general public's perspective as a point of reference, or standard, then it goes both ways. If they don't notice the show building, they MUUUUCH less notice the difference between Monolith 3.0 and Monolith 4.0... Priorities, people in charge. Priorities ray:

I mean, I'm not claiming I know better. I don't. Both artistically and cannon wise. But I can tell you that as an average Orlando tourist, i.e. no formal artistic training and very vague Potter knowledge, that what was there before was absolutely fine.

It basically means that it fits in properly in that fictional universe. For example, it would be non-canon to have the Leaky Cauldron as a restaurant in Hogsmeade because that isn't true in Harry's universe and therefore it is non-canon.

I don't mind that as much because it's totally believable that there would be an Olivander's branch in Hogsmeade. Although with that being said, it's totally believable that there's a Leaky Cauldron branch in Hogsmeade as well, so I guess my example was a bad one.
