So it looks like Springfield's sign is covering pretty much covering all of Hogsmeade now. But I wonder how it looks from the other side. Do you think that the back of the sign is seeable in the Wizarding World?

If you take a look back at the aerial photos posted not too long ago, you can see there's a safe distance between the two lands. There's enough space to ensure that the Springfield sign won't be visible from within Hogsmeade.

I have to say this, it makes such a impact about that tower...Love it so much!! Can't wait to hear more.

Not only is more castle going up but more scaffolding has come down.  The second 'mystery' building adjacent to Shrek is almost completely uncovered now as well as the arch (to where?) that is near the Hogsmeade lockers.  Scaffolding is also down from Springfield's Krustylu Studios, Lard Lad Donut Shop and Android's Dungeon & Baseball Card Shop.  Sorry if that Springfield stuff is off topic.

I know it might be a longshot but..what if the exclusive feature of Hogsmeade isn't for the day? as they would want to keep people in for the nights with the tram and potter, could we be seeing a Projected imagery show on Hogwarts castle like the opening night ceremony in Orlando years ago. It wouldn't have to have Fireworks but it could bring something special for us and a reason to come into the parks for the whole day.

If it's coming from a production designer, it's going to have to do with scenery or theming. A show like that would be in Entertainment's jurisdiction.

Man, I can't wait to see those tacky Shrek construction walls out of that great view of Hogsmeade!

Not to discourage any ideas, but a nightly projection show on Hogwarts Castle is just.. a big no-no. The castle is a centerpiece of a groundbreaking, meticulously themed land, so projecting on it every night would sort of ruin the atmosphere (in my opinion). In addition, the last thing the land needs is more gridlocking (especially right in front of the entrance to Forbidden Journey). Oh, and don't forget J.K. Rowling's stance on her creations..!

Believe me, Hogwarts Castle looks stunning enough after dark as it is.

USH can do a special owls show in the Animal Actors stage such as the afternoon. I know it wouldn't make much sense, but we don't really have much of a choice with all the space in WWOHP being used up.

UOR has the Animal Actors show as well, but they didn't get live owls. I can't remember if their show has owls in it, but ours just recently added one.

Since our owl is from the movies and assuming he lives thru 2015, it is possible that we could see him moved to HP for some special stuff.

Only one from Harry Potter I believe, we have more but I might be wrong on that. Haven't seen AA in a long time.

I believe we only have one owl, and it was just implemented in the show recently. Sorry to ruin any movie magic, but from what I've seen/heard, most of (if not all) animals featured in the Animal Actors show are just lookalikes. It's mostly all for show, in order to give the guests the impression that they're actually seeing the dog that was in How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Beverly Hills Chihuahua, etc. I highly doubt one of the owls used in the production of Harry Potter in the UK has been transferred to USH for an animal show. It's all convenient, really - add an owl to the show that looks like it came from a Potter film, mention that it was in the movies, and promote WWoHP all at once.

I digress. They could use any live owls in Hogsmeade if they wanted to, and it could all work out to their benefit since Animal Actors is right across from the entrance to Hogsmeade. I'm not sure if Japan considers that one of their unique elements, but it'd be cool to see here.
