USF has had a 40% jump in attendance since 2012- approx 4 million more people. They will have record crowds in 2019.I think the park will get on just fine. Nothing will be as bad as 2012.
I see the "classic" going down after F&F opens. The capacity hit because of KidZone and FFL is negligible. What I think we'll see:
-KidZone and FFL get demolished post HHN
-F&F will "open" fairly early in 2018
-MoM will be scheduled to open in 2019, though it may not be until late that year
-This other beloved Universal classic (Classic in this sense is defined as pre WWOHP) will close once MoM opens
I think you're just about right on with those predictions....of course, with the caveat that Universal execs change their minds every few days. What I think we'll see:

I think that at that point, it will be determined by where they are at with Site B. If Site B is moving forward quickly, this waits. If Site B is bogged down in bureaucratic red tape, this moves forward sooner.I could see that as a possibility as well. It would give the classic ride a few more months to allow people to say goodbye. Still, I wouldn't be surprised if it stuck around through at least 2018.
Yea, who knows. Things in Orlando are nuts right now
Why wait, though? How does F&F opening help anything else around the park? It's a virtual queue.
Although it will likely score extremely high with Guest satisfaction- so maybe that overrides the additional crowds/queues?
Virtual queues still hold people in pre shows, etc. Also, will likely have a voluntary standby like Fallon. More people will be in F&F than currently go to Kidzone and/or *redacted*Why wait, though? How does F&F opening help anything else around the park? It's a virtual queue.

All of this still makes me wonder what the hell they are thinking making F&F virtual. A physical standby eating crowds like Kong does would solve a huge amount of my concerns.
"Virtual queue" is kind of a misnomer in F&F. It'll have far more people in its "queue" than Fallon does

Please, for the love of God, don't get rid of MIB and replace it with more Potter. If they want to expand Potter into the Fear Factor Live plot then go for it, but expanding it any further than that would be overkill. If you disagree then you are simply blinded by your infatuation with the franchise. The last Harry Potter movie was released in 2011 and the last book was released all the way back in 2007. It's time for Universal to move on from the boy wizard.
Have I missed something? Is MIB confirmed?
Sadly yes
