Since you deleted everything I'll just put this USJ concept back up since it was the most interesting thing we got out of all that.

Anyone know any details other than the fact it was indoors? @JungleSkip? @Teebin? @testtrack321?

I have no idea what the concept was. I don't even know if it was inside

I think everyone is speculating at this point. The few who actually know have not presented anything solid. I think we had kind of reached that consensus before everything got deleted. And since Lucas' s post is still there, that basically means it is not accurate, otherwise BriMan would have deleted it so he doesn't get a letter from Universal legal. I think we're still at point A.

I was talking about this though, not Lucas' post.

OK. That big deletion of posts kind of messed up the trains of thought that were presented on this thread. Now we basically have to go through the whole process again to reach the same points. ...I was commenting mostly concerning there's no hard info on whats happening yet. The Lucas info reference was just an example. :)

Also an example would be just everything that everyone was saying. Nothing on this forum that anybody said had evidence

Nothing personal Lucas. Just pointing out that we still don't know what is happening there. We haven't received any info from a long term insider or any info that has been confirmed by a second source. Bottom line is we're still in the dark and just speculating or guessing at this point.

Got in what will likely be my last rides on DC today. These coasters still seem smoother than Hulk to me. The reride path was open.

Talked to a couple of team members about the upcoming refurb. Each said they knew nothing but had heard the rumors.

I loved each of the coasters as they always felt different. Not as good when not dueling but very rideable. I take it that things must have gotten out of control again on this thread and three days disappeared again. If we're not careful, the whole thread will be deleted or locked. Not sure why this is proving to be such a conflict-generating thread.

Rode both dragons. Still prefer the fire dragon. I hope this opinion does not cause pages of argument. Would hate to start another less filling/tastes great debate.

All I know so far is, that this should be happening for real and it's by B&M like I stated a few times. I'll go ask my buddy again to see if there is any update.

I don't think anything has been posted on here since Sunday so think it was just the one conflict as far as I know.

Edit: but I agree with your point, we all need a sense check and to reign it in a bit sometimes.

If it is B&M I'm happy :)
I hope the new park will have a couple of B&M's as well, who knows, maybe a Giga :)

If it was closing next month, I think there would have been permits out by now. The first permits for Hulk were a few months before it closed.

I'm really hoping this is the plan too. It also adds another ride that won't close due to weather in IoA which is always a good thing. Now all we need is the rumored Avengers ride over Dr. Doom.

Even with those two additions, I would still say there's some work to do. Not as much as AK  but there are sections of the park where almost every attraction is outdoors.

Toon Lagoon has zero indoor attractions, Seuss only has one indoor attraction (that appeals primarily to young children now that the spinning has been removed), LC's two indoor attractions are subpar/easily overlooked and JP's one indoor attraction is a huge missed opportunity (in terms of appeal).

If Universal Orlando wants to continue increasing market share, IOA will have to increase indoor capacity for counteracting those FL summer afternoon/evening thunderstorms.

Toon Lagoon will be getting SLoP so there's 3 possibilities coming to IoA. That's the thing with Universal right now, they're hell bent on fixing their attraction lineup* :)

*"Screenz" not withstanding but we do have SLoP and Nintendo rumored to use much less than other recent projects. If Avengers is a real plan I would hope UC sees that it would have to be as different from Spider-Man as possibble.
