I am a little envious because AWiL is MOST famous for that transformation scene and you know A&D has been planning that scene for years. If they pull it off... it'll be something to behold.

I had not thought of that... The house might jump a couple spots in my most anticipated list if we're gonna see effects like that. Although it could be pretty complicated to pull off, and it might take a minute to reset, so a lot of people might miss it, but for those who do see it, if indeed they're having it, it's gonna be amazing!

I loved the way they handled the transformation in 2009's Wolfman house... if this can match or exceed that, we'd be golden. As I've noted before, this is a pet project for A&D, so you know it's going to potentially be pretty great.

That sounds like a lot of moon and werewolf references to me (AWiL). Then again, I'm not too familiar with Resident Evil

So Dr Jimmy has given out 3 more possible cryptic comments. He says he's been hearing whispers about them, but could be nothing:

-Arboreal
-Lumberjacks
-Alcohol

For me, Arboreal and Lumberjacks point to another scarezone revolving around Evil Takes Root or whatever.

Alcohol is the interesting one to me. USF/UOR Ops have been desperate to curb or outright stop the alcohol sales for years now. Could we see the beginning of that?

I'm not saying it will happen, just that Ops wants it to happen.

I'd be all for it. Would improve the event tenfold. It would eliminate clutter along the paths and decrease the obnoxious guest quota by 5,000%

I can say with certainty that there will be bar areas at the park this year.

No alcohol served at HHNH. Except beer at a few places I think. not a lot of drunks running around means that things hold up a lot better over the course of the event.

Yea. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against alcohol. I drink pretty regularly. But I totally think the event would be significantly better without a bar every 20 feet.

It's definitely an interesting situation. They would lose money, but I think word of mouth would improve exponentially in tourist circles. And HHN no longer needs to carry the resort like it did from 2003-20010. For the record, I don't think the event would ever become dry, but they can do a lot to improve the alcohol situation

This. The alcohol situation has gotten out of control - way too many actors who have been injured, set pieces destroyed, and avoidable incidents occurred. Event doesn't have to go dry, but they really should take some steps to curb some of the out-of-control consumption. (That's all wishful thinking, though, I don't think any of this'll go down.)
