Yeah, no one could of possibly rode the ride yet. I think they are going to test it for a few more weeks or maybe even a couple months. Who knows though? People might be able to ride it in April...

And if anyone is going to post something with spoilers involved, just type something like (SPOILERS AHEAD), hit [enter] a couple times, then proceed to type what you intend on saying. It's a cool little technique.

I think That security gaurd in question might have been in the queue. He's not high up enough to have ridden it yet. Im thinking that the ride isnt completed yet... There must be some kind of technical trouble inside the ride. Its supposedly got two of the largest audio animatronics ever created inside, and two smaller (but still quite large) ones, tons of effects and im thinking 7 movie segments. 5 animatronic/physical effects scenes. I dont think they are having too much trouble with the arms like most people would think, remember there are others that exist out there, and they have exisited in the car industry for years. Maybe the busrail, but not the arms temselves... It's got to be one of the ride effects im sure...

Apparently I need to repeat myself because people can't even read 3 post before theirs. I said he said he had "seen it all" he was talking a bit about the queue but than stopped when I tired to ask about the ride itself. So he obviously has prob. walked into the scenes of the actual ride during a walk through for security procedures or as part of his job in general checking up on the construction guys ect. I mean really is it that hard to read the few post before yours?

Maybe I was in the middle of a quick reply and got caught up doing something, only to send my post to see that the page had filled up with replies? Happens alot on forums you know... You should just sit back, take a sip on the kool-aid and ignore something as minor as a delayed post, especially with how busy this thread is...

No one has to repeat themselves. If you don't want to, just don't. Stuff gets messed up timewise on this thread all the time, sometime even refreshing you miss posts because they change places. And maybe they have you on ignore.

FJ WILL have to open for a soft opening, but if TWWOHP is soft opening that does not necessarily mean FJ will be open at all times during the soft openings :)

Once you hear of TM's getting there previews of the ride, then look for a soft opening to the GP shortly after that.

actually what I think happened is that he was told to secure the world and he snuck in the fj section. I know several guards are ordered to go there at night to prevent those hopping the fence and so they have access.

It's official, Ellen went in the WWoHP. JumboshrmpX on Twitter (also a member here) posted this 30 minutes ago:
Just saw Ellen walk into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter with her whole crew.

I guess that means she will film something in there. Can't wait!

Did anyone take an aerial tour recently? Just wondering if there were any newer overhead photos - would be nice to see the overall area and whether they've completed Hagrid's Hut etc.

The tours are pretty expensive, so I only think Disneyhead and BriMan have done it because they're just that devoted for us. (;]) But I hope someone might be able to take one if they can conjure the money.

The last person to get aerial shots was Disneyhead last week. The photos are here: http://img694.imageshack.us/g/hpaerials2008.jpg/
