So will 2022 be more of the same as far as construction is concerned? As in, lots of laying infrastructure down?

I’d suspect we start seeing more stuff in the park pop up, as in defining land, show buildings, beginnging building show buildings, I expect a lot more.

but I’m no expert. 2023 I bet is a fun year to be frank but they probably want this done mid 2025 after testing and previews so 2024 to me would be the “finishing touches” point of the build, so 2022/2023 are building time. But idk.

There was, and that’s what set it all off. But for all we know he could’ve misspoke!

There was some land grading in an expansion pad this week that’s re-sparked the discussion though!

Here’s to next year providing us some more answers, so speculation can trend to the realism of the park and not the fantasy. Should be exciting!

I feel like the actual fun installations are going to go super quick and this is going to stay as dirt for quite a while

If we go by normal Universal timelines, the actual fun 'theming schtuff' part is actually a small portion of the overal timeline thanks to prefabrication

At the very least we should see DK construction start up in 2022. They're installing track in Japan right now and that isn't opening until 2024. Would probably be a similar situation here.
