I hate all of the out of date rides and vacant building lying around at universal studios. I don't understand why lucy a tribute is still open: worst attraction in the park.
I am the Uber-Marching Band geek. After high school I played with a drum and bugle corp called Garfield Cadets. We won the world championship at the Orange Bowl.
Most of you probably don't know what DCI is, but you may be familiar with a group called Blast! They played at EPCOT and Disney's California Adventure. They are the defunct Star of Iniana corp. We beat the crap out of those guys. Anywho if you want to see what a world champion marching band looks like here you go. I am playing quads. (4 drums)

I hate walking through the FL strip from HM to Pinocchio's. Goddang I hate that walk...such an awful bottleneck.
I hate going into any of the WWoHP shops on a busy day.
I hate Photopass/whatever Universal's version is called that hollar at you and try to pull you into pictures with scenic backgrounds. If I wanted a picture there, I'd ask for one.
I hate chanting Brazilians.
I hate Uni's parking garage hardcore.
...I'm sure there's more and I come off super negative, but I do enjoy more things than I don't
I hate their preferred parking. It only gets you in the Jaws section on the third floor, which is furthest away from the connecting point.
Another smaller one is people in ECVs that don't need them.
In no particular order. Geared towards theme parks.
- Large tour groups that think they own the park.
This
- People who cut in line or one person holding a place in line for a whole group. Not happening in front of me.
Had someone try this at this past NNH. He didn't blatantly cut in line. Instead he would walk a way and start talking to people. Move up a little talk some more. You get the idea. Well, I waited until he got near the entrance to the house. I got out of line and made my way to the front. Explained the situation to the team member at the door. He stated he could do nothing with just one complaint. Then, most of the people at the front of the line started confirming my story. Next thing I know the guy is being escorted off by security. I was thanked by many people in line on my way back.
- Large groups that decide the best place to stop and talk is in the middle of the walkway.
This, absolutley hate this
- People not walking on the moving sidewalk. If your lazy or tired, move to one side. Also, people who take strollers on the moving sidewalks. Read the signage.
Actually, after thinking about it. Strollers in general are a problem in such a crowded place.
- If you want to take a picture in a crowded area, just do it. Don't expect everyone to stop for two minutes so you can get the perfect shot. This is a big issue on the bridge between WWoHP and JP.
Yup
- People who pretend they don't speak English to get out of something (like cutting in line). Next thing you know they're talking in English.
- People who after waiting in line a long at a food establishment finally get to the front and have no idea what they want. They've been to busy talking to even look at the menu.
Get up there as fast as you can so that the line moves quicker for everyone else, my pete peeve for the grocery store as well
- People that are not ready to pay for an item or service. "Where did I put my wallet?"
See above
- Parking garage employees that have no clue.
HHNs also, telling/yelling to hurry up when there is literally no where to go
In the end, people just need to be considerate of others.
Not really a pet peeve, but it makes me laugh every time. A long line of people at guest relations to complain about long lines at rides (among other issues, mostly crowd-related). I call it the "Circle of Complaints."
Guest waits in a long ride line, gets frustrated > goes to guest relations and waits in a long line to complain about long lines and crowds > receives one-time Express/FP for an attraction > compensated guests further increase standby times by adding to Express/FP line (and then goes to another attraction with a long line) > another guest gets frustrated with increased standby line > repeat
The stories I hear from friends in Guest Relations...oh, and yes, Brazilian tourist time is about to kick in. I will say though, I do prefer their use of busses to the mass of drivers that has been creating accidents and clogging up the roads around here.
